Appearance: Colorless, transparent liquid.

pH of 10% solution: 6～7

Solubility: Miscible with water

Application: Applied in bath dying or spray dyeing using DILI®S&H Fur-Top Dyes.

Improves effectively the dye-uptake, fur-top affinity and leveling property of DILI®S&H Fur

Dyes. Improves synchronous diffusion of dyes in spray dyeing and prevent color shifting. Improves dry and wet rub fastness by improving the affinity of dyes to furs.

Packing: 25kg/ plastic drum.

Storage: at 5～35℃, drying condition, validity is on the outside package.

Safety item: 1. Including ethers material, oral toxicity LD50：3~10g/kg(big rat), lead to coma if oral, do not close to children.

2. Emergency treatment: If it touches eyes, should overturn the eyelid, clean with the flow water: if oral accident should clean the mouth, and emetic with the activated carbon, then drink water generously.

Dyeing Blue Fox Fur-Tip with DILI®S Fur-Top Dyes
Liquid ratio 25:1      Temperature 68~70℃
Fur Leveling Agent H-GL 0.8 ml/L
DILI®Fixing Agent SLO 10 ml/L
DILI®S Fur-Top Dye S: X g/L
Formic Acid (85%):2 ml/L                  
Time: 3.5 hours

Operation: Heat water in the bath. Add Fur Leveling Agent H-GL and DILI®Fixing Agent SLO, put in the skins, and run for 30 minutes. Add DILI®S Fur-Top Dyes, and run for 60 minutes. Add 1 ml/L of formic acid. After 60 minutes add another 1ml/L of formic acid. 60 minutes later, take off, rinse, wash centrifuge and dry.
